Shortcut for Using Dual Monitors with a Computer or Laptop
If you have a second screen you can pick how to change the way Windows will show on the second screen
below we will show you how to do this
On the Keyboard press the following Keys Window Key and P
in the right hand side of the screen you will see some options pop up
you can use the arrow keys to move the selection up or down and press enter to make your pick
PC Screen only - will disable the second display
Duplicate - the second screen will show the same thing as the first
Extend - this allows you to use the second screen as an extra monitor you can move items over to the second screen this means the second screen will not show what is on the main screen ( your PC )
Second screen only - this will disable the display on the main screen ( your PC )
